Have Need of Our Pet Grooming Services?
Companion Animal Hospital Oak Park is happy to offer quality grooming services for both cats and dogs. Grooming can do a lot for your pet's appearance, but it can also improve their health in various ways. Our professional groomers, Jenn and Lori, bring years of experience and knowledge to give each guest an enjoyable and refreshing experience. Helping your pet look good is certainly part of their goal, but they also want to improve your pet's overall well-being and make them feel as good on the outside as they do on the inside.
If you need our services, get in touch to set up a personal consultation with one of our groomers. They can meet your pet and provide a more accurate price quote so you'll know what to expect at the appointment.
Grooming will be opened November 19th for the Holiday rush. So be sure to pre-book as soon as possible!

My dog loves being groomed by Lori, and she does a great job every time. The front desk staff is friendly and I'm able to get in and out quickly when I drop off and pick up my pet for grooming. Highly recommend.
What Your Pet Needs for Their Grooming Appointment
Before scheduling a grooming appointment, make sure your pet's health records are up-to-date. Are they overdue for any vaccinations? Are they current on parasite preventive? We want to keep our grooming facility safe for all of our guests, so take a moment to check your pet's medical records.
Cats and dogs should meet the following requirements:
FVRCP (feline distemper/upper respiratory)
Why is Grooming Important?
From a health standpoint, you can't go wrong with grooming. Regular bathing helps to remove dead skin and hair, accumulated dirt and oil, and even parasites from your pet's coat. Additionally, it helps prevent painful matting and irritation that inevitably result from poor maintenance. Grooming visits also give our groomers an opportunity to check your pet for ticks and fleas, and bring these issues to your attention. If your pet has an issue with their skin, nails or ears, we'll be the first to let you know.
