"I recently adopted a bully mix breed pup and decided to get him checked out and up to date on shots. I did my homework on this place and after bringing my dog here I was not disappointed. When I made the appointment I explained to the call taker that my dog is known to be dog aggressive so that the hospital would be aware before I brought him in.The call taker explained how they handle these situations and that I should call when we arrive to ensure there are no other pets around for pet safety.This is exactly what happened, I arrived and was greeted by Jocelyn who was understanding of my dogs personality and took care of us great. She got all of our information and answered all my questions.Dr. Schoessow came in and again was very understanding and knowledgeable about my dogs situation. She was very professional, explained all the procedures that would be done that day and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with Dr. Schoessow and her staff."
